Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us by email at least 30 days prior to the program start date. Since we limit participation to a small group, this allows us to invite a participant from the Waitlist. Cancellations are non-refundable. However, the registration fee may be applied as a credit toward a future VividNext program of equal or lesser value within 12 months, subject to availability. The Couple price requires both participants in the same session. Should one need to delay participation, each participant will be billed at the Individual rate. We appreciate your understanding, as our programs require advance preparation and limited enrollment.
