Group workshops provide a structured experience and community of support to guide those preparing for retirement at any age. Explore the relationships, communities, and physical/emotional health that lead to a VIVID retirement. Tailored to meet different needs, workshops vary from 2 hours to multiple sessions with the same group of people.

As talent shortages grow and lifespans lengthen, organizations need smarter, more human ways to navigate the end of the employee lifecycle. VividNext introduces NextBoarding℠, a practical alternative to “off-boarding” that reframes retirement as a transition to new value—for departing employees and the organization.

Meet the Founders
Ginny Curley, Ph.D., CPRC, is a leadership facilitator and family business consultant with over 30 years of experience guiding people through communication challenges and life transitions. Through her work with multi-generational families and business leaders as founder of Power Your Partnerships, LLC, she saw a gap in how people prepare for life after full-time work. As cofounder of VividNext, LLC, Ginny helps individuals reimagine retirement as a season of possibility—one rooted in choice, meaning, and energy.
Lori M. Smith, SHRM-SCP, CPRC, has spent her career helping people navigate change with clarity and intention. She has developed leaders and teams across corporate and organizational settings as founder of Capstone Coaching & Consulting, Inc. As cofounder of VividNext, LLC, Lori brings that experience to retirement transitions—helping people move beyond outdated stereotypes and intentionally design what’s next. To her, retirement isn’t about slowing down; it’s about choosing what matters most.
